All concierges are friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful and professional in both appearance and demeanor.  They are thoroughly trained and equipped to provide a full array of Residential Concierge services including the following:

  • Providing a warm and gracious greeting and directing residents and guests
  • Arranging transportation
  • Signing for and distributing mail and packages
  • Communicating with the residents and the Board via community website tools such as  Mybuilding.org, BuildingLink and ConciergePlus
  • Securing hard-to-get sporting, theatre, symphony and concert tickets
  • Securing discounted movie and area attraction tickets
  • Securing discounted hotel reservations


We also have a robust vendor program that offers exclusive offers and promotions for the residents of the properties that are contracted with QCS.

If you would like to add these services to your contract, QCS can provide additional services such as staffing your pool with a pool butler, working with the Board and property management to coordinate special building events and resident appreciation gatherings, providing custom emergency and asset manuals and more.
